This is the term that matters most. TMRO Report is a publication, not an adviser. Nothing on this site — including market data, the stock analysis attached to some stories, and any figure or score shown alongside them — is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell anything. It is not personalised to your circumstances and takes no account of your objectives or your tolerance for risk.

Market data comes from third parties, may be delayed, and may be wrong. Decisions you take with money are yours alone.

Accuracy

TMRO reports from identified sources and links to every one of them. We work to be accurate and we correct errors when we find them or when they are pointed out, but the site is published as it is, without warranty that it is complete or free of error. Where a story turns on a figure, follow the source link and check it.

Using our content

• Read, share and link to anything on the site freely.
• Quote us the way we quote others: a short extract, attributed to TMRO Report, with a link to the article.
• Republishing whole articles, or using them to train a model, requires our written permission.

Text and original graphics belong to TMRO Report. Photographs credited to another publisher belong to that publisher and are used to illustrate the story they came from.

Articles link to the sources they were written from. Those sites are not ours, and we are not responsible for what they publish or for how they handle your data.
